Sunshine International Retirement Residences

Sunshine International Retirement Residences is a small Residence of just 24 one bedroom apartments adjoining Sunshine Hills.
All the apartments are 43 square metres and all come with an in-house telephone system that connects to a nurse on call 24 hours everyday.
Staying here, you will get access to two Swimming Pools, a First Class International and Thai Cuisine Restaurant, and Executive Lounge serving Free Tea, Coffee and Cappuccinos all day long.
Our Restaurant is on the rooftop of the building, and it’s famous for great food and it’s extensive wine list. It also has a 24 Hour reception. The tropical gardens are amazing!

Cancelation Policy

Monthly Rental Contract:
– A deposit of THB 50,000 is required to secure the booking.
– The deposit will be returned at the completion of the contract.
– The deposit is non-refundable if the guest decides not to stay or continue the lease agreement. – Free cancellation is allowed 30 days before arrival.

Daily Rental Policy:
– A full amount of room charge shall be paid immediately.
– If the guest hesitates to pay the full amount, we require a 50% deposit and the balance can be settled upon arrival.
– Free cancellation is allowed 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Terms:
– Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
– Cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.
– No-show or early check-out will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.
– Any changes or modifications to the reservation must be made at least 30 days before arrival.

Refund Policy

– Deposit Refund Request: If a guest wishes to receive a refund of their deposit, they must make a request to us by email or inform us at the front desk at least 15 days before check-out.

– Refund Options: We offer two refund options to our guests: cash refund or bank transfer. If a guest paid their deposit using a credit card, they can only receive a refund through cash or bank transfer.

– Cash Refund: If a guest chooses to receive a cash refund, they must inform us at least 15 days before check-out. We will process the refund upon check-out, and the guest must collect the cash refund from our reception desk.

– Bank Transfer Refund: If a guest chooses to receive a bank transfer refund, they must wait 15 days after check-out. We will deduct transfer fees depending on the cost of the transfer fees from the refund amount.

– Refund Processing Time: We will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the refund request.

– Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be given for deposits made for confirmed bookings that have been cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

– Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that some bookings may have non-refundable deposits, and these deposits are not eligible for a refund.
